A Legacy of Car Culture

For more than 30 years, Springnats has been at the heart of the Aussic car scene. What began as a humble Show & Shine event outside the Peppermill Hotel has grown into a full-throttle celebration of custom builds, burnout beasts, and high-octane fun.

From seasoned enthusiasts to first-timers and families, Springnats welcomes everyone who shares a love for cas, motorsport, and the atmosphere that makes this event so unique.

Driving Events
Take it from the street to the track! Our driving events are the pulse of Springnats:

Go to Whoa - Precision meets power in this fast-paced challenge
Autokana - A twisty timed event that tests driver skill and control
Grab a Flag - A fan-favourie with a fun twist
Burnout Competition - The headline event! Expect huge smoke, wild revs, and insane power!

Show & Shine
Check out some of Australia's toughest, cleanest, and most creative builts - all on display. From classics and muscle to elite customs and daily-driven gems, every car has a story.

Aussie Hotel Street Cruise & Display
One of the most anticipated parts of the weekend returns as entrants cruise through the streets of Shepparton before parking up for the popular Aussie Hotel display. It's a fantastic opportunity for the local community to experience Springnats up close and see the cars outside the event grounds.

Family Friendly Atmostphere
Springnats is more than just cars, it's a full weekend festival for all ages. Enjoy food trucks, market stalls, trade stands, kids' activities, and more, there's something for all ages.

New for Springnats 2026 - Invitational Burnout Entrants

Springnats is turning up the heat in 2026 with an exciting new addition to the Burnout Competition!

For the first time ever, 20 burnout entrants will be selected as Invitational Burnout Entrants, hand-picked by the Autofest Organisers & Crew.

These invitational spots will showcase a selection of standout cars from across the scene including crowd favourites, elite builds and proven performers that contribute to the overall entertainment and presentation of the event.

The remaining 100 burnout spots will still be allocated on a first in, best dressed basis, giving entrants the same opportunity to secure their place in the competition.

Selected Invitational Burnout Entrants will receive a private email from our team so keep your eyes peeled.

Standard Event Entrant Fee - $200
Plus Burnout Competition Fee (in addition to the Standard Event Entrant Fee) - $50
Show n Shine ONLY - Outdoor Space (excludes ALL driving events) - $90
Show n Shine ONLY - Indoor Space (excludes ALL driving events) - $110
