Vehicle Entries for the 2024 Bathurst Autofest go on sale on the
1st of September at 1:00pm!
There are 120 burnout entries up for grabs - these are expected to sell out within minutes so be sure to set your alarms!! Busy at work and won't be able to do it at 1:00pm? Get your best mate, girlfriend, mum, or whoever to do it on your behalf (they will need your login details).
To make the entry process quicker, we suggest creating an account on our website (if you haven't already got one) prior to the 1st of September as you will need to be registered before completing your online entry form.
To register for an account - click on the red "My Account" button in the top right corner of the home page and then click register. If you already have an account, login and ensure your details are up to date.
Please note: We will only accept 1 entry per person. You will no longer be able to enter 5 of your mates at the same time. They will need their own login/account.
You will be required to upload a photo of your vehicle with the Entry Form so ensure you have one saved ready to go - make sure it is in a jpg format. If your vehicle does not meet the minimum standards, you will be contacted via email.
Vehicle Entrant Fees:
- FULL ACCESS ENTRANT (including Burnouts) - $240
- FULL ACCESS ENTRANT (excluding Burnouts) - $200
- OUTDOOR SHOW N SHINE - $90
- ALL GARAGES ARE SOLD OUT / NO INDOOR SHOW N SHINE AVAILABLE

APPROVAL/CONFIRMATION OF BURNOUT SPOT:
Once you have completed your Entry Form, a member of our team will check all relevant documentation. Once we have approved your vehicle entry, you will be notified via Email. If you have selected a burnout entry, you will be notified if you have made it into the Burnout Competition or not.
AASA:
If you are participating in any of the driving events, you must hold a current AASA General Speed Licence. To apply for a AASA General Speed Licence please head to https://aasa.com.au/licences/general-speed-event-licence/ and apply for an Annual Licence (not a Day Licence).
Please note - You do not need to have a AASA Licence in order to complete your online entry form, as long as you have a valid AASA licence on the day of the event.
BUDDY/PASSENGER PASSES:
Buddy/passenger passes can be pre-purchased on your online entry form. Otherwise you will be able to purchase these on the day of the event.
